ProActa High Performance Management Limited is a limited company incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under Company Registration No. 9711894.

Access to and use of the public gateway portal, the parent operating system engine and every specialised operating system is granted strictly under the governed entitlement framework operated by the Company. Use of any surface constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict or revoke access where use is found to be inconsistent with the governance framework, applicable law, or the integrity of the performance economy.

Personal data, performance telemetry, biometric derivatives and media assets are processed under a consent-first governance model. Every record carries provenance, consent state and jurisdictional scope.

Data subjects retain the right of access, rectification, portability and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal propagates across the ecosystem and closes any open distribution window for affected media assets.

The Company maintains an immutable audit ledger of processing activity sufficient for regulator-grade attestation in each operating territory.

Licences granted are non-exclusive, non-transferable and territory-scoped. No licence conveys ownership of the platform, its architecture, its data models or its curricula.

Reverse engineering, decompilation, replication of platform architecture, derivative deployment, or the creation of substantially similar systems using knowledge obtained through licensed access is expressly prohibited.

Anti-cloning provisions survive termination of the licence and are enforceable in every territory in which the Company or its licensees operate.

ProActa™, PraXis™, PraXis OS™, PraXis by ProActa™, PraXis Performance Economy™ and PraXis-All-Sports™ are proprietary marks of the Company.

All platform architecture, telemetry schemas, performance DNA frameworks, badging structures, curricula, assessment instruments and interface designs are protected works of the Company.

Third-party marks appearing within the ecosystem remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely under governed partnership arrangements.

The Company operates under the professional accreditation of its executive leadership, including certified international sports-management and high-performance systems expertise, multinational technical-development leadership and Head Technical governance of a national high-performance programme.

Credentials issued through the Performance Development Institute are recorded on the immutable credential registry and are publicly verifiable.

This attestation is issued under reference PROACTA-GLOBAL-COMPLIANCE-2026 and remains valid until superseded by a subsequent published attestation.
